The steel extrior joined with ceramic insert allows you to take advantage of the heat retention of the ceramic.

Kamado Joe have reinvented the kettle BBQ with the Kettle Joe grill. Unlike the classic but ‘flimsy’ kettle grills, the Kettle Joe uses a ceramic firebox like the larger Joe models to improve the heat retention and durability of the grill and will offer you the best cooking experience possible.

Like the other Kamado Joe models, this comes with folding side shelves also to provide you with enough space to prep and serve your dishes whilst being able to fold away for easy storage. It’s large cooking surface allows you to cook multiple dishes at once and the different cooking levels means you can use direct and indirect cooking at the same time.

Unlike a standard kettle barbecue, the Kettle Joe has a hinged lid which means you don’t have to remove the entire lid when tending to your food. Couple this kettle grill with the SloRoller accessory to transform it into a smoker and add another element to to your cooking.
